We stand behind the workmanship, fit, and function of all of our orthotic and prosthetic devices.
The My Pet’s Brace no-hassle warranty includes:
- Free adjustments and replacement of straps, pads, buckles, and foam liners during the first 120 days.
- Free repair or replacement of the plastic superstructure and joints during the first year.
Events that will void the no-hassle warranty
- Non-compliance with the instructions for the initial break-in period, care and use, or daily wearing that were delivered with the device and that are available on mypetsbrace.com.
- Repairs, modifications, alterations, or adjustments made to the device by someone other than a My Pet's Brace representative.
- An unexpected significant change in the pet's size, weight, physical condition, or functional capabilities.
- Damage due to accident, neglect, or misuse is not covered by this no-hassle warranty.
No Refunds Policy:
- All of our custom-made orthotics and prosthetics are carefully fabricated uniquely for one patient and are not suitable for any other animal, limb, or purpose.
MY PET’S BRACE SHIPPING POLICY
All braces and casting kits are shipped via UPS. Parts are shipped via USPS.
Casting kit orders received before noon during weekdays (non-holidays) will be shipped out the same day.
Shipping of newly completed brace to owner/vet:
- For clients within the USA, UPS ground shipping is free - The client is responsible for all shipping charges if choosing any expedited shipping option.
- For clients in Canada, My Pet's Brace will pay for the first $21 in shipping charges.
- For all other international clients, the client is responsible for all shipping charges.
Shipping of repaired brace to owner/vet (owner pays to ship brace to our facility):
- For clients within the USA, UPS ground shipping is free.
- For clients not within the USA, the client is responsible for all shipping charges.
Shipping of parts, such as straps and pads:
- For clients within the USA, USPS ground shipping is free - The client is responsible for all shipping charges if choosing any expedited shipping option.
- For clients not within the USA, the client is responsible for all shipping charges.
