My Pet’s Brace is pleased to announce that Clayton Blunk and Anna Spangler have partnered with Jim Alaimo as co-owners for My Pet’s Brace.
Jim, our founder and owner, is contemplating retirement (in the distant future) and wants to make sure that My Pet’s Brace remains in competent and trustworthy hands. With that thought in mind, Jim has sold partial ownership of My Pet’s Brace to Clayton and Anna, long time employees here at the company.
Clayton, Senior Clinical Practitioner and Facility Manager, has been a clinician here since 2014. A graduate of Temple University, Clayton received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis in Bioengineering. His love of animals and volunteer experience at the University of Pennsylvania’s Working Dog Center helped him realize he wanted to use his education and skills to help pets and their families. As co-owner and clinician, Clayton said, “I am so happy to bring passion and perspective to my expanded role in the company to build on the vision of My Pet’s Brace for many years to come.”
Anna, Marketing Director and Office Manager, has been with My Pet’s Brace since 2015. Anna graduated from Villanova University with a B.A. in Marketing, International Business and Management. Prior to joining My Pet’s Brace, she worked in business development and grant writing for non-profit organizations. Anna said, “I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity and look forward to being part of the next chapter of My Pet’s Brace. By working together with veterinarians and rehab professionals, we aim to be an important resource for the veterinary community and help more pets live their best happy, active lives.”
Please join us in congratulating Clayton and Anna as they enter their new endeavor. With Clayton’s biomechanical and animal science knowledge and Anna’s business knowledge and innovative ideas, we are confident that My Pet’s Brace will continue to grow and prosper while still maintaining the personal, small business atmosphere that clients have grown to count on and appreciate. Best wishes to Clayton and Anna!
