Chelsea's Footprints: Registered Non-Profit Supporting Disabled Pets With Mobility Carts
Andrea adopted Chelsea, a six hear old Chihuahua with Cerebellar Hypoplasia from the Upper Valley Humane Society in New Hampshire. Her condition made it impossible for her to control her balance and coordination. Andrea knew Chelsea needed a cart but wasn't able to financially afford a mobility cart at the time.
After much research, Andrea found Barbara, the founder of the Frankie Wheelchair Fund. Through this fund, Chelsea was approved for a cart from Eddie's Wheels. Now Chelsea is on a roll in her wheels, running around and enjoying life. Andrea was so touched by Barbara's kindness that she decided to continue to pay it forward by establishing her own organization, Chelsea's Footprints.
Through Chelsea's Footprints, Andrea raises funds for dogs in the New England area who are in need of mobility carts. She also personally measures dogs and orders the appropriate cart from Eddie's Wheels. If you would like to make a donation towards Chelsea's Footprints or are from the New England area and are in need of financial assistance in order to purchase a mobility cart for your pet, please visit chelseasfootprints.com.
