Spreading the Word at the 2015 Atlantic Coast Veterinary Conference
My Pet’s Brace spread the word about our custom orthotics and prosthetics at the 2015 Atlantic Coast Veterinary Conference (ACVC) in Atlantic City, New Jersey October 13th-15th. Over one thousand veterinarians, technicians and administrators from across the country attended the annual conference to learn new techniques in the veterinary field and stay up-to-date on the latest information. The conference includes exhibit hall hours, general sessions, speakers, continuing education credits, receptions and more.
As an exhibitor for the fourth time, we had the opportunity to educate attendees about our innovative brace design and fabrication for front and hind leg injuries for dogs and other animals. It was a pleasure to speak with and meet so many veterinary professionals in person who use and refer patients to our services. It also provided us the opportunity to inform attendees who were not aware or have not used our braces, about our process and success stories. With every additional conference, it’s gratifying to hear more and more veterinary professionals recommend our orthotics for pet leg injuries.
During the conference My Pet’s Brace co-founder and CPO, Jim Alaimo, presented a veterinary lab: “Veterinary Orthotics and Prosthetics.” Through this seminar, Jim discussed our process and success in-depth. The presentation included a live demonstration with all attendees learning how to make a proper cast of a dog’s leg.
We are very grateful for the warm welcome we received at the ACVC again this year. We look forward to hearing from the many veterinary professionals we met at the conference and working with them to help their client’s pets live happier lives through the application of our orthotics and prosthetics.
