The people there are friendly and easy to work with. We've had a few adjustments with immediate service. The brace fits great and Katie doesn't mind wearing it at all. She's 7 months in. We decided to wait the whole 9 months before letting her loose. But she's back to full activity on a leash and swimming and totally sound on that leg. So thankful we went this route instead of surgery for a cruciate tear!!! Thank you My Pet's Brace!!! (Via Facebook)Sharon H, submitted 04/2017
Best experience! Staff was so nice, caring, knowledgeable, and professional. My little lady has some independence again after only 2 days and we couldn't be more appreciative and thankful! (Via Facebook)Pam G, submitted 04/2017

We didn't feel our 9 year old Rottie mix was a good candidate for ACL surgery but we want him to be as comfortable, mobile, and happy as humanly possible. All of the staff at My Pet's Brace have been understanding and thorough throughout the entire process. Clayton, in particular, was knowledgeable and kind and treated our beloved Kai like the gold we believe he is!! Thank you to everyone there for the sincere caring and professionalism shown to Kai and our family. (Via Facebook)Kim H, submitted 02/2017
Staff at My Pet's Brace were nothing but wonderful! My usual vet was really pushy about my dog having ACL/CCL surgery. Against better judgement, I had him do the casting for a brace. My Pet's Brace tried to do some adjustments to accommodate. Long story short after emailing pictures and the owner reviewing the old cast the owner decided that we needed to do a new casting. We got the new brace on Friday and noticed a huge difference with the fit. I am very grateful the staff were accommodating with trying to get the best fit. Thanks for all of your help! My Pet's Brace has developed an excellent product and service for numerous patients of our practice. Our clients have been so relieved when offered an option to stabilize their pet's injuries or "old age" orthopedic conditions. In many cases their beloved four-footed friends are not candidates for surgery due to their age, medical concerns for anesthesia, or financial constraints. Thank you for improving my patients' quality of life.Heather Clauser, VMD, submitted 02/2017
A brace can be a great alternative to orthopedic surgery. Not every patient is a surgical candidate, and a brace provides an affordable and less invasive option. The braces are custom-made and provide pets immediate comfort and stability from a variety of orthopedic conditions.Casey Kurtz, VMD, submitted 02/2017
I have had the privilege to work with the fine folks at My Pet's Brace for over 6 years now. In that time, I have had many clients utilize their bracing products.
In my opinion, My Pet's Brace provides a superior product, custom made to the pet's needs & prescription.
Many of my patients have needed stifle bracing for cruciate ligament injuries and have proceeded to return to normal activity all whilst having brace protection, much to the delight of my clients and patients.
I look forward to continuing my relationship with My Pet's Brace and their outstanding products.Kirsty Oliver VN,DipAVN(surgical),CVT,CCRP,CVPP, submitted 02/2017
Thank you for taking the time yesterday to explain the Stifle brace for Rylee.
Your thorough explanation put us more at ease with the brace and it's ability to help the healing process.
The entire team at My Pet's brace was warm, welcoming and answered any questions that we had. Everyone made the experience very comfortable for Rylee and us!
We look forward to delivery of Rylee's Hot Pink Brace! (Email)Mark S, submitted 01/2017
Hi My Pet's Brace folks,
Just wanted to let you know that the brace you built for our golden mountain dog, Uli, is working out well so far. It’s been nearly a month now, and she is walking without a limp. The only time she does have an alteration of her gait is when she gets up from laying or sitting down, and then, just briefly. She doesn’t have any objection to us putting it on her so I am confident it is comfortable. We actually forgot about it two separate nights, she wore it all night and it didn’t bother her one bit.
The brace seems to be a very wise design and is of quality materials. I find it very easy to put on her, although I do take an extra minute to make sure I have the Achilles strap in the correct spot, that’s the trickiest part, and that is not all that tricky.
We will continue with regular wearing of the brace for Uli and anticipate good result. We are so happy that it is comfortable for her. She is obviously happy to be able to go for her walk every day, we had been limiting her to just our yard ( .92 acres!) but now we can ambulate the neighborhood and be more sociable. Uli smiles again, more often!! 😊
Just wanted to let you know that, so far, so good. And, Thank You.

I had an AMAZING experience at My Pet's Brace. I drove from New York after researching non-surgical options for my labrador's torn ACL. The entire staff is awesome! Dr. Alaimo explained everything to me, helped me understand what was going on with Olivia and how we were going to make it better. I cannot say enough good things about My Pet's Brace.. where every device is made with loving care. (Via Facebook)

I just want to tell you what a wonderful job My Pet's Brace is doing!
Kodak, my almost 10 year old yellow lab went through surgery twice in 2015 when he injured his left CCL late in 2014. The surgery itself was a success but the recovery period was arduous and when he had to have some of the components of the original surgery replaced again 10 months later, I was heartsick to have to put him through it all over again. But in the end, he recovered well and was his old active self again until early November 2016 when it happened to his right CCL joint...
I knew that I did not want to put him through another journey of surgery and recovery again and decided (with support of my vet who agreed that Kodak was not an ideal surgery candidate due to other health issues that have plagued him) to use the conservative approach. I admit, it was really scary to have him walking on what was clearly a painful and unstable leg so I decided to look further into what could support his joint while going through the process. I found many choices for braces but none seemed appropriate until I came across your company. It only seemed logical that the brace needed to be custom made to properly fit the individual dog, not a small, medium, large etc. option as all breeds (and even dogs within their breed) are shaped different and the brace really needed more than a soft support and to have control of the movement of the joint to make any sense at all to me.
My vet was willing to work with me and we went ahead. Your casting video is excellent and soon we had shipped the cast off to you and as promised, the completed brace was on it's way back to us within your stated time frame. At first Kodak reacted exactly as you said that he would but in no time he adjusted to it being on his leg. Since it was made from an actual casting of his leg, there have been no adjustments needed and it fits right in all the right places! Your video on how to put it on and what to watch for to indicate that it may be too tight was very helpful. Being an expert in dog anatomy, my vet further showed me how to make sure it was snug enough in the thigh and he set the proper Achilles' tendon strap length (a concern for me) which I marked with a paint pen when I got home as suggested in your information. He too is pleased with the outcome of the brace.
After too many weeks of inactivity, Kodak was finally able to have longer walks and started to bound around in the house and leap onto his toys that he had not been able to before his brace arrived. As he has become accustomed to his brace he has become braver and more active every day. I was concerned that he would not want to let me put his brace on because he found it to be uncomfortable or bothersome but I have been most pleasantly surprised! He lays down in front of me with no resistance whatsoever. I assume that he understands that with it, he can do so much more than without it.
Your customer service and support has been excellent and your company has been a pleasure to deal with.
Thank you SO much to your team at My Pet's Brace!!

First let me say this; YES IT WILL WORK !
I live in Downers Grove Illinois. Our dog Addie, a Boston terrier / Jack Russell mix who was 11 years old when she tore her ACL playing fetch and was unable to put any weight on her back leg. I took her to our local vet whose only option was surgery, which they did not recommend because of her age, (not to mention $1,800 at the time). They provided me with no other options. Therefore, I searched the internet for alternative options. When I came across My Pet's Brace, I had a hard time believing that this could/would work. I contacted My Pet's brace and spoke with them about my dog's condition. The one thing I distinctively remember was them telling me that if I kept the brace on throughout the day and removed it at night as they recommend, the dog's ACL WILL heal! So I ordered the kit based on my dog's size and asked my local vet if they could/would agree to form the cast with the kit I purchased. My local vet contacted My Pet's Brace and discussed how to ensure that the cast was applied and measured correctly. Once my vet completed the casting they contacted me and I sent the casting in to My Pet's Brace. In a couple of weeks I received my dog's custom made leg brace. It took about two days before Addie finally realized that I wasn't taking it off, (except at bedtime) and she began to accept it. By the end of the week she was no longer hopping around but actually walking. I religiously put it on every day and took it off every evening for about four months. As time passed Addie's ACL did heal, completely! Today she is as though it never happened. It took a total of about 5 months before she was able to run around without the brace, but IT WORKED just as they said it would. I have since sent pictures to my local vet and made them aware of the success that I had. They too were astonished! I can't thank the folks at My Pet's Brace enough for what they have provided. I would recommend to anyone whose dog has torn their ACL to go this route rather than the surgery. Thank You so much!Christopher D, submitted 01/2017
Our 10 year old Westie, Riley, tore his ACL this past May. It was so badly injured that he was dragging his leg on the ground and couldn't put any pressure on it. He is very high energy, constantly running and jumping, and we did not want to put him through surgery. We didn't want to put him through the pain at such an old age, and also didn't think it would be possible for him to sit still for such an extended period of time to heal after surgery. We decided to get him the knee brace, and it was a miracle. He immediately started walking almost normally with his brace on, and was back to running and jumping. By the 3rd or 4th month he was back to walking without his brace and didn't show any signs of pain or discomfort. It is now almost 7 months later, and although he can walk perfectly fine without the brace, we put it on most days to be sure he doesn't re-injure his leg.I would recommend this amazing product to anyone with an older dog/who is not comfortable with surgery. Amazing alternative!!Emily, submitted 11/2016
We brought Ellie here because of her CCL problem. At ten years old we didn't want to risk surgery. It has only been 3 days but we already see a difference in her walk and confidence! I highly recommend My Pet's Brace. (Via Facebook)Laura Z, submitted 11/2016
My dog Henry has a partial ACL tear. I went back and forth with myself over surgery or conservative management. His surgery was scheduled when I found My Pet's Brace. After reading all the reviews and doing some research we decided to go with a brace over surgery. From the minute we first went to the My Pet's Brace office Henry was calm and happy unlike how stressed he gets at the vet. He has only been wearing his brace for a few days but I haven't doubted my decision once! Henry is limping less and I feel less anxious about him moving around like a dog.Stephanie -, submitted 11/2016
I will forever be grateful to My Pet's Brace for fitting my Tucker for his ccl tear. He received the brace two years ago instead of undergoing surgery and healed up beautifully. Tucker is now healthy and happy at nearly 13 years old! I truly believe that My Pet's Brace has extended his life and increased the quality of it. My vet can't believe how well he is doing as a large breed dog at his age! (Via Facebook)Emily P, submitted 11/2016

I can't tell you what a relief it was to work with you all. Sidney was so well taken care of. Everyone was sweet and gentle with him, and he's a nervous little guy. I'm so glad I went against the surgeon's recommendation for TPLO for our little guy. I am affirmed that this was the right way to go. From my first phone call, all my questions were patiently answered and expectations were clearly set. There were no surprises! Sidney can't wait to get his spiffy green brace next week! Saved my dog's mobility! My pets brace is a fantastic group that genuinely cares for our beloved dogs! My Savanna, now 14 years old, a Jindo, can barely walk to the corner due to bilateral Achilles' tendon injuries. At her age my husband and I didn't want to put her through surgery. I did a lot of research and found Jim and his fabulous team on YouTube. We took Savanna to the office despite them being 5 hours away, and right away they saw her needs and not only met them, exceeded them. She was fitted for bilateral hock support braces and we had delivery the next day! It has been a year since she has had them and she gets around no problem! We can enjoy walks on the beach and in the park again. She couldn't walk to the corner! And now we can walk for 30mins+! I am so grateful to My Pet's Brace for giving us our puppy back. Thank you Jim and team from the bottom of our family's heart. And Savanna's! (Via Google+)Rosanna D, submitted 09/2016
The compassionate staff is incredible! Clayton was so interactive and gentle with Zoey. She was diagnosed with Cushings disease and is nine, so operating was not an option, thank God! The ACL brace is the best option, and by the way, half the price of an operation. Also, if operating, we would have had to confine her to a crate for 3 months...no way! She loves the brace because we can now take long walks through the neighborhood and visit her friends. The brace is easy to put on and maintain. Clayton does a good job coaching the parents! We took our dog Ian to My Pet's Brace to be fitted for a brace. He has a partially torn ACL and damaged meniscus, among other orthopedic issues. The staff at My Pet's Brace were gentle when measuring him for the brace and very friendly. They are completely great with explaining the mechanism of the brace and ways to get your dog to adjust to it. Ian is doing great with his new brace, and I know if I have any problems that I can call the professionals at My Pet's Brace with any questions or concerns. I'd recommend them to anyone. I'm so glad I opted for the brace over surgery! (Via Google+)Meghan M, submitted 09/2016
Our 12 year old Lab, Maggie, tore her ACL in October of 2014. She was not a surgical candidate, so we opted to try a brace to avoid euthanasia. Maggie did amazing with her brace and lived until June of 2016. I attribute her longer life to her brace. In July of 2016, our Yorkie mix stretched his acl and his vet recommended physical therapy as opposed to surgery. I decided to bring Barley in for a brace to stabilize his joint while he goes through physical therapy. I would highly recommend My Pet's Brace to anyone looking for a non-surgical alternative for ACL tears and stretches. (Via Facebook)Maria G, submitted 08/2016

Our large lab who weighed over 100 pounds had a complete tear of her ACL. Our vet told us, surgery. The surgery was very expensive and intense also. Following surgery she would have to be contained to allow healing. We had two other dogs, this was not feasible for us. So I began to search online and found My Pet's Brace. I called them and they quickly explained how the brace might work and sent me what I needed to begin the process of ordering her brace. I ordered her brace, and my vet was skeptical when they did the casting of her to send the mold to My Pet's Brace. We received the brace and she wore for several months. After about 8 months of bracing, she was totally healed. She has scar tissue from the ACL tear, but she would have had scar tissue from the surgery, in fact our vet now is impressed how the brace worked for our lab. His thoughts, were only surgery works for a complete torn ACL. 4 years later, no brace, and our lab is running, pivots, has full motion. She chases bird, plays in water and flies around like nobody business when playing. She is 8 years old now, without any signs of arthritis or evidence of a complete ACL tear 4 years ago. She was never confined to a cage after having her brace, and from the time she had the brace she ran and played in the yard and in water. The brace gave her full range of motion. Thank you My Pet's Brace!!Roy R, submitted 07/2016

It occurred to me that I promised to follow up with all of you wonderful people who had a hand in Laszlo’s bad LF carpal hyperextension injury in October 2013. He completely resumed his guarding post, races around the yard at full speed and hasn’t looked back. I’d say the first 1 to 1/2 years was challenging managing him with the braces and all 14 relapses (he’s a stubborn beast born to be free of confinement and I’m a slow learner). But we made it. :) Thank you everybody!!!!!Alexia M, submitted 07/2016

I must say, the brace works just as well as the surgery!!! We did the surgery on one of our other dogs on both knees (cruciate) and I have to say it's a rough recovery. Our 6 year old had the same and we opted out of the surgery and got the brace!! All I have to say little to NO effect on him and after 6-7 months in brace good as new!!!! Will never do surgery EVER if g-d forbid was going to happen again!!! (Via Facebook)Sandy H, submitted 07/2016
I could write a book about my 2 day visit and phone calls to My Pets Brace. To make a story really short (sadly) I can let you know that Anna walked me through an estimate cost of a cart for my foster dog, William. I had very little information and she used her knowledge and hit the nail on the head because William needed a counter balance cart and the estimate was nearly spot on. Amazing job Anna and thank you from a scatter brained foster-mom who didn't have the dog yet. When I did get William we arrived and were greeted, assisted and more than accommodated-- William spilled his water bowl, my 2.5 year old was playing and eating in the waiting room, Josh pulled a tick off of William and William peed on everyone he met. Everyone was so polite. I was such a mess. Josh was more than accommodating and professional when it came to wrangling up my foster dog and daughter. Amazing, amazing team members. Almost everyone in the building came out to meet William. I felt so welcomed. Trying to keep this short.... "It's worth the drive" if you are not local. Josh really made me feel like I was normal and helped me through a stressful and exciting time. I wish this team of workers the best. (Via Facebook)

At the recommendation of my vet, I brought Kira, a small 45 lb pit mix to My Pet Brace with a torn ACl (rear left leg). She was unable to put any pressure on her leg and was on pain meds. She was fitted for a brace at the office in October of 2015. They did an amazing job and the fit was perfect, in hot pink of course. It was slow going at first but by January I was seeing real improvement and pain meds were no longer needed. It is now June 2016 and we are going for our final check up today. Kira has no limp, her muscle mass is back and I now just use the brace for very long walks or at the dog park. I am so appreciative of the support and the fact that I spent $750 for the brace instead of the invasive, long down time and $3000 price tag of the surgery. I am also glad that I have the brace that I can use any time in the future to fall back on if she will be doing a lot of running. I would highly recommend the brace and this company!Joanna, submitted 06/2016
Dexter ruptured his CCL this past winter, and then not too long later he ruptured the second one. My vet recommend My Pet's Brace as an alternative to surgery. I'm in NJ and too far away to drive to PA to see them in person. I read the website, watched all the YouTube videos and gave it a try.
I initially spoke with Terry who was just a pleasure. So helpful and ready to answer any question I had. The casting kits were shipped promptly, my vet casted Dex's legs, sent them over, and the braces were delivered yesterday. They're well made, neat around the edges, solid construction. (And the royal blue is gorgeous!)
Today was the first time with only one brace to start. It fit perfectly, was super easy to put on (watch the video!), and Dex adapted immediately, I was floored. It didn't faze him at all. He walked all around the yard. Tomorrow will be about 4 hours on, then 5 etc. the second one goes on next week.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the wonderful device, and the ease and convenience of remote fittings--you guys have your system nailed. Can't wait to get them both going. Keep up the wonderful work you're doing!Lynn B, submitted 06/2016

So happy to report that Greta, the little pit bull from Washington, DC you saw in October, is rocking her brace. She plays, walks at least 30 minutes every day limp free, can climb steps, and is basically a super happy dog. So grateful to hear about your clinic. I would highly recommend My Pet's Brace. Even though I am one state away and did everything by phone and email, it has worked out well. I bought a pink custom knee brace for my very old great dane mix in Oct. 2015, and it was a great experience. Not only that, it saved her from being put down since she couldn't have surgery because she has cancer. The brace has allowed my dog to continue on with life. Between then and now, they have been highly responsive. I have recommended them to two of my dog-owning friends who asked about Lola's brace, and everyone who sees us walking mentions her brace. Lastly, I hope my vet's office will add My Pet's Brace to their custom brace vendor list. I did my own research and did not choose the two vendors on the vet office's list, and I have been pleased with my choice! (Via Facebook)

By the way: these pics were taken at the end of 2015 and since a few months the pink brace is off and my knee is healed (even my vet said I'm fine). Just the green brace I'll need a little longer...
Looking forward to seeing you again!
My dog Duke was diagnosed clinically with an ACL tear. He is 9 years old and statistically speaking out to tear his other ACL after surgery. The staff at My Pet's Brace was unbelievable. We got the brace yesterday, and were advised to all the dog 3 hours then 4 hours then next day, then 5 hours a day after. [M]y dog actually was begging me to put it on him earlier today because he kept sniffing at it looking at it and looking back at me. There is absolutely no limp when he wears it he is weight bearing chasing after a 14 month old puppy and ripping after tennis balls. I cannot believe it. I wanted to follow up with My Pets Brace concerning Allie and her brace. She is doing well and still using it for our walks/hikes and active days around the yard. The colder weather appears to affect her as she ages but on warmer days is more active. At this time I don't think she needs adjustments or another appointment. We will reach out to My Pet's Brace if she is in need of something.
Thanks again from Jason, myself, Allie and her play buddy Riley.

Allie is doing great for the first day with her new My Pet's brace! She showed it off to the staff at CCAH Veterinary Services and then to the rest of our dogs at home. None of the dogs or Allie have bothered with the brace and she doesn't mind having it on at all. We are so excited to have this to support her long term healing process.
Thank you for your time and precision fitting today. Allie enjoyed all the special care she received at My Pet's Brace and the dog treats too! Looking forward to our follow up appointment in a month.

It has been a year, and Pepper is doing so great with her brace! It goes on in the morning and she wears it until bed time.
She is active, exploring like she is super dog. Her back is so much straighter and her back legs are stronger. We have stretching exercises in the morning before putting on the brace, and about once a month we go to cold laser therapy & some spinal adjustments.
We really appreciate what you did. Some people say "oh poor dog." I tell them "Oh no, Pepper does great now that she has support from her brace. It was made by Jim at My Pet's Brace in Pennsylvania."
This brace has made a tremendous difference in her quality of life and ours. We can see she is happy and able to move without pain now. We really can't thank you all enough! (via Email)Virginia S, submitted 12/2015
After 2 failed Knee Surgeries we didn't think there was anything else we were able to do for Buddy, except see him struggle when trying to walk. Thankfully our vet found My Pet's Brace. We went there in hopes of getting Buddy a knee brace. But after talking to Clayton, he was very honest with us that a knee brace wouldn't offer the support Buddy needed. Josh was very eager to help set him up with a custom cart. Buddy loves his cart and loves having his freedom back. The entire staff was super friendly, caring and willing to help. Only wish we had found them sooner! (via Facebook)Danielle G, submitted 12/2015
I have to thank you for saving our dog, we thought we had to have surgery, and it turned out that our dog Coco just needed help with the harness, she is walking better than ever and sometimes needs help going up the steps, we will be forever grateful for you all. I am Abby's owner(black pit-bull); she had a brace made by you about a year and a half ago. She has been doing great. I actually keep trying to get a video of her taking off in one of her crazy runs with 360 turns to send to you but she's faster than I am with my camera. I'm sure I will eventually get it.
After you gave us the go ahead for running last year, she has been running, playing and hiking on trails. While on trails where I know she will go crazy I still have her wear the brace; just in case (the thought of going through rehab again makes me cautious). For in house play with our other dog or just straight runs on leash I leave the brace off. The first few months of activity, she would have some limping afterwards. She is now back to full activity (in the summer she was on hiking trails 2 times per day) and hasn't limped in over 6 months. I truly cannot thank you enough for all that you have done, especially considering the chewing incident. Her trails have provided many opportunities to advertise your company, so many people ask me about the brace and given that I have tried both surgery and brace, I recommend the brace as the preferred option. Beau is now three years post ACL injury and doing great. I'm so glad we found Jim and his group. All around wonderful experience that helped my Golden boy with no surgery. (via Facebook)Cheryl M, submitted 10/2015
I am reporting in that Gracie is doing very well with her brace. She has built up some muscle in the leg so we see a big difference in the way she is walking and the way her paw is now touching the ground when she walks. The brace is on all day and she doesn't mind wearing it at all. She is very good about us putting it on and the baby powder with the corn starch works the best, thank you for letting us know. No issues with her skin or fur wearing against the brace. All in all we are very pleased with the results we are seeing in Gracie and we can't thank you enough for making Gracie's life a lot more enjoyable with her being able to take walks and for us seeing her progress in the right direction. Willy is doing well! He has gone up and down some stairs - although still not without some coaxing and offering his food dish. But that's more than we could have dreamt of! He still limps - especially at the end of the day but he has galloped across the back yard, walks confidently on wood floors and linoleum and wags his tail every day when we're putting his brace on. The light is back in his eyes and he's a happy dog! Most of my colleagues have asked for the information about your services! Many of us have old dogs who may need this. Our vet is amazed at his progress!
We are very grateful! (via Email)Linda D, submitted 10/2015
Our cocker spaniel, Timber just had his follow-up visit to My Pet's Brace after wearing the brace for four months. Timber tore his CCL and was not able to put any weight on his left hind leg. Now his leg is almost healed. We cannot say enough about My Pet's Brace and the wonderful people there. They are so warm and caring and are truly passionate about their work. When people stop us and inquire about Timber's injury and his brace, we highly recommend My Pet's Brace to them.Diane & Terry D, submitted 10/2015

My experience at My Pet's Brace was exceptional! From Terry at the front desk.. to Jim and Clayton.. Such a caring group of people. Murphy and I made the best decision to go here instead of invasive surgery for a torn ACL. Thank you all!! (via Facebook)Caron P, submitted 09/2015
It has been 3 weeks since we picked up Penny's Brace. She has been doing Great with it. She has been wearing it from when she gets up in the morning until she goes to bed at night. She has not tried to chew at it at all, it seems as though she really likes wearing it. She has been putting more weight on her leg in the past few weeks and although walks with the limp is getting around very well. We will continue to have her wear the brace for the entire 9 months just as you suggested. We are so glad we decided to go with the brace rather than the surgery. Thanks again for everything, and I will stay in touch and let you know how she is doing over the next 9 months.Doug B, submitted 09/2015

Our 10 year old dog Maggie hurt her leg during 4th of July holiday. She could barely walk. We took her to see the Vet and they said she has a torn CCL. He recommended a custom fit brace from My Pet['s] Brace in Morgantown, PA. On July 9 we took her to be fitted with a custom mold. On July 16 her brace was ready. It's been 2 weeks and this brace has given her the ability to walk again. She's even jumping up on the couch. I'm overjoyed to see her thriving and I'm so thankful to the amazing people at #MyPetBrace. (via Facebook)Jennifer D, submitted 08/2015

I took Beau on his first walk today. He did well. I was surprised to see him lifting his good leg and relying on the braced leg as he urinated. He apparently realizes he can now depend on that leg. Thanks a million!Sara G, submitted 07/2015
The custom leg brace you made for [Teddy] was an absolute success ... He only wore it for 4 months and then he was completely recovered .. His original Vet only recommended radical surgery for Teddy and said he thought the brace was only a band aid for the torn ACL ... Well Praise God ! Not so ! We are thankful The Lord sent us to "My Pets Brace" And so grateful he is as good as new ! A Huge Thank you to your teamMachelle D., submitted 07/2015

I had to let you know how well Annie is doing. We are just so completely amazed. Not only when she wears it, but how she is when it comes off. It's like the brace teaches her how to move. Her limp is practically non existent, with or without the brace. She loves it! We can't thank you enough! (via e-mail)

This is the best place with the nicest, most caring people. Jim and the gang are THE BEST. Before you choose to amputate a limb, PLEASE, PLEASE check with Jim first. The price of a brace is much more reasonable and you avoid the trauma and danger of unnecessary surgery. Do yourself and your pet(s) a favor and talk to Jim and the folks here before ever doing anything invasive. This place has made our Leo's life much more fun...and he already has a fun life. Jim puts such dedication into his work its truly amazing. Thanks for all you do! (via Facebook)Lee-ann M., submitted 05/2015

We brought our Golden Retriever Maggie to you in 2013 with a torn ACL after our vet at the time told us surgery was the only option. Maggie wore the brace for the required time and we recently had our vet check-up with our new vet who was amazed at how well her leg had healed! Maggie is no longer wearing the brace and is back to her happy self! We are so happy - it was worth the long trips in the snow/fog/rain to see you! Just an update on Louis's progress. He's no longer scared of his brace, thinking it will hurt. It doesn't, of course. Now he associates it with a walk. We've had typical March weather, which means ice, wind, and the occasional snow, and that has combined to keep our walks to a minimum... or some days none at all. Yesterday, however, Louis walked the equivalent of half a mile and had no trouble going down or bouncing up steps to the door. I took his stroller with us in case his leg got tired. He spent some of the time in it. I was very pleased and encouraged to see him meander off into the woods at times, which meant he felt good enough to explore as in days of old. He had lost 2 lbs. of his prior 16 when he injured his stifle, but now he eats heartily and is gaining muscle. He has had 5 sessions of acupuncture, too, and I think that has contributed to his overall improvement. I think we are done with that now. He's taking glucosamine/chondroitin as a supplement (when I can get it into him, that is). In the condo I generally let him walk without the brace and he does fine unless he decides to scamper. Then he limps a little. All in all, he's greatly improved. In June he will be 14, so he's doing exceptionally well for an old guy. Again, thanks for all your aid and for the brace. Everyone who's seen it marvels at its technical proficiency. I thought you'd like to know the progress. (via email)Janet, submitted 03/2015
Thank you so much terry, this brace has helped so much, you guys are great for dedicating your work to help these animals, my wife and I are very happy with the product and have had so many great responses to this brace and have passed the word on to others that have seen it. Just thank you very much. This brace has made her walk from three legs back to four with two days, and now we use it when she runs and plays and take it off at night and when she's laying around. It sure has let that muscle or [tendon] heal, but I know we are going to have to use it for a while to get her strength back up. (via e-mail)Chris F., submitted 03/2015

LoJack is in wonderful spirits. He has done everything Jim predicted in the manner he predicted it. It is hard to put into words our appreciation. You all have been professional, thoughtful, respectful and gentle. While one day does not make healed a patient, Lo's spirit has been set free. The brace is so perfectly designed, Lo barely notices it. I believe Lo's brace is a critical piece in his transition to health. As I watched your tecnicians work, I felt the skill, and experience but most of all, the pride. Dogs know things people don't sense right away. Lo and Giz felt at home around you because you feel at home around them. Thank you for Lo's patient care. Thank you for being part of our pack. (via e-mail)

Greetings...brought our good buddy Tanner in back in September with a ruptured ACL..he's a 9 year old very active Golden...Vet recommended surgery.. We were worried at how we would keep him still for months afterward as he is VERY active!..decision was we'd need the brace post surgery either way ..and we couldn't justify putting him through the pain and a year of healing if it wasn't absolutely the only option..so a nearly six hour drive from upstate NY brought us to My Pet Brace for an "expedited" fitting..the folks are top notch.. Rushed the production for us overnight and we were on the road by noon the next day with Tanny's shiny new lime green brace!...he is coming along fine....has his sore days, but will go several on end with no visible limp and the back to normal excitement his personality glows with.. We are hopeful for his long term recovery and will keep you posted ..until then thanks for giving our pal happy quality of life..he also loves the doggy massages he gets very night when we remove then brace!!! Thx again!Joe and Nancy Upstate NY, submitted 12/2014
Last March we brought Montana to be fitted with a leg brace for his torn ACL. Today is November 24th and he is brace free. He is running with his brothers something I thought our 9 year old chocolate lab would never be able to do again. I want to thank everyone at My Pets Brace. You were so great and the process was so easy. We live a couple hours away and you told us where a dog friendly hotel was at so he could be fitted with his new brace the next day. Our vet saw the brace and thought it was great. He even sent a patient to you after he saw how great the brace was and how well made it was. Montana thanks all of you.Margie S., submitted 11/2014
Hello! Emma is actually doing fantastic. Well healed. She wears the brace well and since we stitched the Velcro padding, even better! Willy, our 6 year old, very active lab/golden mix, tore both his ACLs a little over a year ago. He had one surgically repaired and went into rehab to help with recovery until the repaired leg was strong enough that the other could have surgery. Because neither leg could get a break, progress was limited. Then, we were referred to My Pet's Brace. He got a brace for his nonsurgical leg and the difference this made for him was enormous! He was able to use the support for the one leg so that the surgical side healed and strengthened. And his non surgical side was able to do the same...to the point that the surgeon said he did not need surgery on that side after about two months in the brace! We just wish we had known about My Pet's Brace at the onset of this journey! Seven months after getting his brace, Willy is being weaned off of it and is running and playing with his brother. The brace was the game changer for him and he is back to enjoying his life. I can't say enough good things about the brace and Jim and the staff at My Pet's Brace.Andrea W. and Willy, submitted 11/2014

Thank you for creating the hock brace for our cat Tigger. Jim did a great job with it. Tigger is on her second day wearing the brace. Our vet Dr. H fitted her in it yesterday and Tigger was a trooper keeping it on for the 2 hours we were instructed to start out with. Today is 3 hours and we're halfway into that as I type this. We're pleased she's tolerating it. Dr. H says it's a good fit... Your instructions to us for fitting the brace were perfect and the additional coaching and reassurance from Dr. H yesterday was helpful as well. My wife and I were successful fitting it this evening. Tigger is still getting used to the brace and is a bit clumsy walking; although she gets around well enough and can still jump onto the couch to get to her favorite spot.Al H, submitted 10/2014

June 1st 2014 was the day Nemo our 9 1/2 yr old Basset Hound ruptured his achilles tendon. The surgeon told us the only way Nemo would ever walk again was surgery. After quoting the price of $5000.00 and the chance that infection could set in, tons of pain meds, the long recovery time and the fact that it could re-rupture again we decided against it. We just didn't want to put our dog through all that pain. I told the surgeon I was going to try another alternative and see if I could find a place that makes braces. He was totally negative about it saying it wouldn't work but I wasn't going to listen to him. I scanned the internet for two weeks because I wasn't giving up until I found the right place that could help Nemo. I was very determined that something else could help him out there besides the surgery. When I came upon" My Pet's Brace" I knew this was the place that would help Nemo. Knowing that they were two hours away from our home I made his appointment anyway because I needed someone to help him. I just wanted Nemo to be able to stand again and take a few steps. When we arrived with Nemo I have never met such a bunch of wonderful, concerned, and caring people as Jim, Mark, Clayton and Terry. They spend time with you without a rush and answer any questions you have. Jim fitted Nemo with the cast in preparation for the brace. I expedited it because I wanted it asap so I could see Nemo back on his four legs again after three weeks of just laying down. Once the brace was put on him he was a little wobbley but by the second day he was walking. With a few adjustments and three weeks later Nemo was starting to run. To think that a few people told me to euthanize him and the surgeon said he would never walk again proves that you go by your own instincts and never give up. It will be two months now and Nemo is back to his own self being happy and silly again and I am one of the happiest people in the world to see him feeling better again. I know he will keep improving as time goes on. One more thing I need to mention is when you call or e-mail with a question Jim gets back to you almost immediately. That there also proves to me what caring people they are . Don and I want to give Jim a huge thank you for giving Nemo his quality of life back. I am so thankful that there's a "My Pet's Brace" to give all animals the help they need. I would recommend you to anyone. You are all the BEST!!Donna and Don Royce and Nemo the Bassett :), submitted 07/2014
Hi friends at My Pets Brace! I just wanted to give you both a super update on Nicolas. I [was just watching him] a few minutes ago in our backyard. For months now, he has been running around and playing, no meds needed. Once in a blue, he will toe curl a little bit, and we will just put the brace on him for an hour to stretch his neck, and then he's like new all over again. I wanted to thank you all for all of your time and care to Nicolas. He is a super special guy and I am thrilled to see him back to himself. We've really learned his personality and who he really is. Maybe we can save some dogs some surgery and painful days knowing this worked for Nicolas and his IVDD. Enjoy your week, and thank you again!!Erica B., submitted 06/2014

We definitely made the right decision to go with the brace rather than surgery. The people at My Pet's Brace were incredibly empathetic, friendly, and knowledgeable. We drove 3 hours from upper Westchester County in NY to have her fitted, about a month ago. She has made great progress! I couldn't be happier! And neither can Sweet Sophie! (via facebook)Deborah R., submitted 05/2014
I drove 3 hours to have a stifle brace made for my Sweet Sophie, a lab/pit/who knows rescue, around 125-130 pounds. Her vet took xrays and diagnosed a ruptured cranial cruciate ligament in her left rear knee. They recommended surgery. I did not want to put her through that, and I especially did not like the idea of altering a perfectly good tibia so it wouldn't slip. After much research and some phone calls, I decided on My Pet's Brace, even though the vet was not in favor of it. I must say, Sophie's progress has been steady and positive. I have been taking her for walks every day for anywhere from 1/2 hour to an hour. Today I noticed that she is putting full weight on that leg, trots fine, and only noticeably limps going up a hill. She also now gets up again to greet us at the door and does her happy dance. I so wish more veterinarian's would be willing to recommend this as an alternative to surgery. Thank you for your wonderful contribution to the quality of life of our beloved companions! (via facebook)Deborah R., submitted 05/2014
We wanted to give you an update on Nugget, our incredibly energetic, active, and thoroughly lovable Chessie. He has now been without his brace for nearly four months, only wearing it during times on very rough terrain or during very strenuous exercise. He continues to do GREAT! We are incredibly thankful that we heard about your facility and opted for the brace instead of TPLO surgery. There is no residual limp or any evidence that he had a torn ACL. Thank you again for your kind attention to Nugget, who would easily destroy every toy in your office if allowed to and thank you for providing a much-needed service. We recommend your service to everyone we speak with about canine muscular-skeletal problems.Todd, Peggy and Nugget M., submitted 04/2014

Dear Friends, This past Tuesday, April 1, Gretchen had a check-up to monitor her progress. She got an A ++ report. We wanted you to know that we, along with all of the staff at the medical center, are amazed and impressed at how well she is doing. She was quite the celebrity at the clinic with her purple brace. But more than just a fashion model, she is a happy girl, walking -- and sometimes even trotting -- on all four legs again. For a big dog, almost 14 years old, this is remarkable. We believe both the length and the quality of her life have been extended, and we are extremely grateful.Steve and Linda B, submitted 04/2014
I wanted to take a moment to update you on my dog Lolita. I brought her in at the end of June 2013 to be fitted for a stifle brace after she completly ruptured her CCL during a hard sprint in the backyard. Now, nine months later, I took her to our vet for an annual check-up and vaccinations. He went to assess her hind legs and was surprised when he had to ask which leg was injured. He said that he can "always" tell which leg it is because there is a definite build-up of scar tissue on the outside of her knee. He was impressed at how well the scar tissue developed and stabilized where it should have, between her joints. We both attributed that to the brace she wore daily for months. Lolita currently takes fish oil and hip/joint supplements with an occasional anti-inflammatory if she overdoes it and becomes sore, which happens twice a month, at the most. She uses both hind legs regularly and equally without the brace. I honestly don't think she would have recovered as welll if it weren't for the brace you carefully made for her. Thank you for your patience and dedication to our babies that need you.Melissa I, submitted 03/2014
We've been meaning to write to you for awhile now, to tell you how well Bob is doing. When we met you in November, it seemed that Bob had aged years because of his leg injury. He was walking on 3 legs and slept most of the day. (Our vet had recommended major surgery as the only option). As soon as he had his brace, he was able to get back to his regular walks (his favourite thing) he's been getting stronger and rebuilding leg muscle. You might remember that Bob is a terrier with a lot of attitude. Now that he's feeling better, he's also back to jumping on all the beds and all the furniture when we're not looking, and running and barking after squirrels and any dog that comes near our house. When we walk with him, neighbours ask us about the leg brace. They say it looks like it's for a person, as if he had a tennis injury. Exactly, we say! We just can't thank you all enough. Bob is a wonderful dog with a big personality. It's so great to see him doing so well. Thanks again!Catherine and Pierre from Canada, submitted 03/2014
She [Emmie] continues to get better and stronger every day and her brace has really helped to give her stability and the confidence to use her leg. Considering that in October the doctors were talking about amputation after 6 surgeries in less than 7 months including a torn patellar ligament, MRSA in the joint, and over 3 months in a rigid cast, it is nothing less than a miracle that she is walking and trying to run now! I have told everyone about your wonderful company and all of my friends have been invited to like your Facebook page so we can continue to share not only Emmie's story, but also spread the word about your company. Thank you so much for your help in Emmie's journey towards normalcy!Sara G., submitted 02/2014
Just wanted to let you know that I was happy to see the segment done on your business by WFMZ. I also wanted to let you know that Jasmine is doing incredibly well. She is completely back to normal - jumping up to sleep on the sofa, etc. I still try to limit her stair climbing as I worry that she will overdo it. She recently had her annual check-up with the vet, who was so impressed with how great she has done. In fact, the vet said that she could not feel any problem with the ACL. Keep up the great work of offering a non-surgical alternative to animals with injuries.Carolyn F., submitted 02/2014
I would just like to say thank you all so much for Pumpkin's new brace! It fits perfectly and she's seeming to like it. I really appreciate everything you all have done there and giving my baby a very merry Christmas so she can run around like a normal dog! Thank you again and a very merry Christmas to you all.Elizabeth A., submitted 12/2013

Nugget continues to make good progress with his brace after a torn ACL. When he sees us coming with his brace, he gets very excited and his tail wagging never stops. After his exercise, he often licks his brace to say "Thanks".Peggy & Todd M., submitted 10/2013
We love you guys!!! Three cheers for My Pet's Brace!! Thank you for taking such amazing care of Dutch!! She just turned 12 in July and still runs around like a puppy. She wouldn't have been able to maintain her incredible mobility without your expertise and care. Seriously, you're awsome!Michelle & Jim, submitted 10/2013
Thank you so much for Bo's stifle brace. She is already consistently putting weight on her leg and the shocking pink color makes quite the fashion statement. Everyone at Landisville Animal Hospital had to check her out. Thanks again.Lani C, submitted 09/2013
Had my doubts about doing this long distance. Between them, their wonderful informative web site, their detailed instructions, and my vet measurements and casting, my dog Tay has a brace that gave her the ability to walk and run on the affected leg by day 2 of wearing the brace (just 3 hours). I am very hopeful for a great improvements and a much happier dog after she has worked her way up to wearing it all day!!Pam B, submitted 09/2013
Thank you to My Pet's Brace and Jim Alaimo for helping out with Duke, the double amputee. Thanks to Jim, Duke now has prosthetic covers for his stump so he can run and play. He's all recovered now and lives a pretty much normal life. Will get some new pictures and video soon. Thanks Jim and My Pet's Brace!!!Shelley S., submitted 08/2013
Can't thank Jim and Mark enough for helping Bella. We live in Buffalo and needless to say, one day our backyard was 3 feet deep in snow. Bella is a very active dog and does what I call "crazy laps" often and jumps over my 5 foot high fence from too much energy. She was doing this in the deep snow, let out a big yelp, and was on 3 legs for the next week. Realizing she wasn't healing, I took her to my local vet who basically just looked at her for 2 minutes and told me she needs surgery for a torn cruciate, which involves x-rays, breaking through her knee bone to get to the problem, and then over year of hard rehab. Not to mention the $2,500 bill. I told them I'd think about it and went home to research online, where I came across many testimonials that this surgery isn't effective at all, and the new alternative rising in popularity is knee braces. I decided that night to go with the brace, not only for cost, but to avoid hurting Bella anymore than she was already with unnecessary surgery. I made an appointment, drove about 6 hours, took her in for a casting, and went back the next morning to pick up the brace and was on my way back home. The process was so simple. Plus, Jim advised Bella only had a partially torn cruciate, so I'm basically never going back to my vet again, they just wanted the surgery money and didn't care about Bella's well being whatsoever. After only 6 months, Bella is already doing crazy laps and jumping my fence again without the brace or any residual pain. This product is a miracle and Bella actually loves it, although it took a couple of weeks of getting used to. Now she wears it on walks just for looks. Thanks again so much!Justin, submitted 08/2013
Sitting here watching my dog Sofie race around the yard with the other dogs brace and limp free. Thank you guys again for the wonderful knee brace you made her. You saved her from a nasty surgery and a long recovery! Thank you!Leslie W., submitted 08/2013

I have waited a while to write this testimony because words can not express my gratitude for the team at My Pet's Brace. Our little four pound Morkie had a very tragic accident one cold winter night. On Dec 4th he was playing with his siblings and his mom. He ran into her in the dark and was paralyzed. He was just 7 months old. He had been purchased by a family and our son was holding him for the new owners until Christmas. We were devastated. We ran him to an emergency animal hospital. After thousands of dollars in tests the MRI, CAT Scan and xrays were inconclusive. He was put in a full body cast and had to be fed through a syringe in the side of his mouth. Two days before Christmas we realized he had very serious sores under the cast. They had t take the cst off to save his life. He was fine for five days and then he became paralyzed again. He had to be carried everywhere when he was in the cast. His little muscles atrophied. He began to have serious seizures sometimes up to seven times a day. The would bite his tongue, bleed etc, He even bit a hole in his tongue. Before you think we were cruel to keep him alive he never whimpered i pain and would wag is tail a tiny bit every day. The animal hospital realized the cast had outlived its purpose. They referred us to My Pet's Brace. We call it a divine appointment. The gentlemen squeezed us in as I begged for help/ WHile it was a 90 minute drive it was worth every visit. This precious team changed our lives and saved our dog Boaz. When they saw the cast they cut it off immediately and for the next four hours they designed a lightweight support brace for this little guy. The dog had a life again. I am pleased to report this dog no longer needs the brace, He runs, walks and wags his tail. I thank God for the team at My Pet's Brace.Cindy J., submitted 05/2013
I wanted to write you and let you know Molly loves her brace. She knows that when its put on she can do stuff again...The Stifle brace has made a world of difference! Thank You!! She is a great dog and has an amazing personality. She has been living with cancer for 4 yrs. She has lived, and I do mean LIVED, 2 to 3 yrs longer than anyone thought she would and she is still going strong! She hurt her leg being herself, thinking she can jump tall buildings in a single bound. We are to the point when I ask if she wants her brace back on she runs up to me and presents the leg!! And again, THANK YOU for putting all of the time and research into making these braces!!!Kelly H., submitted 04/2013
We can't THANK YOU enough for your wonderful service you provide.Jim & Mark are the best and really love their jobs. My big baby Dobie boy, Duke (7) injuried his ACL. Did a lot of sleepless nights about having surgery, Duke is a mommy's boy,he's on the bed, couch and we work from home so we're together 24/7. I was really worried about the surgery and the amount of down time. We have a 2 story house and steps going down the side yard. I knew we couldn't crate him or close him in a room. I also have a 8.5 year old Dobie girl and they spend a lot of time together. So I found My Pet's Brace on the web and never looked back!!! We drove down from NY in Jan. Jim made a cast and we stayed over one night and he had us fitted and on our way the next day. We just did a return trip in April, I wanted to have Jim look at it and he made a few adjustments, replaced a couple of straps and we were on our way back home. Duke is improving everyday, Jim reminds me 6 to 9 months with the brace... With this Brace my Duke can go up and down the stairs,to go to bed in our room. He's a very happy dog and this brace has kept him this way. My vet is calling me monthly for updates, and is on board with this. Duke is happy to take slow walks around his six acres, with me that he use to run. I've also have him swimming 2 days a week in a heated swim spa. This has helped alot. Any and all Question have been answer by Jim and Mark. You can contact them by phone or e mail,THEIR GREAT...Karen, Mark & Duke Ezrow, submitted 04/2013
This thank you note is long overdue. Thank you again for all that you have and are doing for Milkbone. It was quite a shock to us when we found out that he tore his ACL. We thought that we were looking at a large cost to save our boy and My Pet's Brace saved the day. You calmed us down and handled the situation expertly. He is recovering nicely. I guess that being in the pet brace business means that you treat the owner as well as the patient. Thanks again.Sandi D., submitted 04/2013
Wanted to say that Thanks to our brace Dexters non surgical recovery from his knee injury is coming along nicely. We're already weening him off of it gradually.Todd H., submitted 03/2013

Bodhi is so grateful for his new brace. He has taken to it as if he has always had it! You guys rock! I'll be talking about you every chance I get and there should be a lot of chances since Bo is with me all the time as my Medical Alert Dog. People have been asking about his brace already!Jane K., submitted 10/2012
We are using Gabe's brace every day now. It really has become a life saver for him. He seems to have obvious pain in that leg when we delay putting it on, but after he is in it he bounces around without issues--he has moments of excitement these days...We do believe there are many more dogs that have had previously broken legs that your braces can help.Lisa F., submitted 09/2012
We received the brace today...and love it!! We can already see a difference in the way Daisy is walking. I put a picture of her in her pretty pink brace on Facebook. And with that, referred two people to you!! Hope you get the business!! You have a wonderful company with great customer service. Thanks again!Jill K., submitted 07/2012
I would recommend My Pet's Brace in a heartbeat. Our dog Riley is a 2 yr old St. Bernard, who tore his ACL a second time even after surgery. We were going to have to put him down because his body mass was too big for his leg. Then we were told about My Pet's Brace which in my head saved his life!! He is completely comfortable with his brace (actually he loves it). He can now do everything and more than before, without me having to worry that he's going to do it all over again. Thank you againMelissa Graham, submitted 05/2012
Paste the link below into your browser to reveiw a short video on one of our patients that received a brace in order to protect her fragile bones from cancer. The brace enables her to walk. The video is very well done and shows the love the owners have for their "Baby Love" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ai_fbPksT-UMargaret Welsh & Dharma, submitted 01/2012
My lab Dharma is my baby girl and sadly she has bone cancer. One of the issues with bone cancer is that the bone becomes brittle and could break, a heartbreakingly painful occuurance. We found "my Pets Brace" just in time. One week more and we would've had to euthanize her as she was starting to show pain. It has been 4 weeks since she got her brace and gets around without pain or the threat of the leg breaking. Every extra day with her is so valuable. As her tumor grows Jim has altered the brace for better fit and made adjustments to make the brace easier for me to put on. Their braces and prosthetics are a great alternative to some surgeries and to aid in healing injuries. Please tell everyone with a dog, about "My Pet's Brace" we need to get the word out so more animals can benefit from this unique company.Margaret Welsh, submitted 12/2011
We thought that our Neapolitan Mastiff was never going to be able to have a normal life until we heard about this amazing place who helped him have a second chance at life. We adopted Porter when he was severally malnourished causing his bones to be weak. After we got him and started him on a weight gain diet the bones in his front legs started to grow abnormally fast and started to fuse at the ankle bone. His front left leg started to bend outward causing him a lot of pain and discomfort. We thought he would never have a normal puppy life. We found My Pets Brace, and that all changed. Surgery was not an option for Porter. Being a Neo he is front heavy and makes any surgical often painful and very risky. Because their patient care facility is nearby, we were able to take porter in and they could care for him face to face. He was fitted with this amazing brace that kept his leg from bending. We took him back a few times to get the brace just right for his needs and they fixed everything no cost! I am thankful and blessed that they have this place for all animals to get the special care they need. Jim and Mark have created an amazing business that allows animals a second chance at a new life.Forever Grateful Dog Parent, submitted 11/2011
Thank you both for everything you did for Ginger. Her clear brace is a Godsend. She is now a much happier and independent little dog. She has so much more quality of life. She is back to being "GINGER". If it had not been for finding you I think Ginger's problem would have led to euthanasia. I can never thank you enough for saving me from that decision and giving me future time with my best friend, Ginger.Noreen S., submitted 09/2011

Pumpkin wants to tell everyone how happy she is with her front leg brace from My Pet's Brace, but since she can't talk I will tell you for her. In early April Pumpkin (an 11 year old Lhasa Apso) developed a terrible limp. I took her to my veterinarian and was told she had damaged her leg and was lame. They told me about a VERY expensive operation in Philadelphia that "might" help or I could check online for a brace to support her front leg. I found some "generic" braces online where I would order a small, medium, or large for her. This did not seem to be a very good solution. Two days later I read an article in the Reading Eagle about a place in Morgantown that made custom braces for animals. I called and was given an appointment for the following week. This was truly a stoke of luck....for Jim and Mark at My Pet's Brace were the answer to our prayer. They made a plastic brace for Pumpkin that fits her leg, bumps and all, and attaches with velcro. Pumpkin went back several times to have the brace checked, and has gained two new friends! She runs and jumps just like she used to with the brace on her leg. It does not stop her from doing anything at all. I take her brace off at night and in the morning I say "come get your shoe on" and she is right there. I am so thankful we found My Pet's Brace I wanted to let everyone know.Susan F. and Pumpkin, too., submitted 06/2011

Chopper's brace works great! He had been trying to walk and run but he's like super dog with his brace on. Chopper's brace made a big difference in the quality of his life. Jim Alaimo is very helpful and knowledgeable and I recommend him to anyone.Brenda H., Veterinary Technician, submitted 06/2011
Humans wear leg braces all the time so it made perfect sense for us to have a knee brace made for Louie, our Greyhound, after his surgery. With the brace you can just see that he's much more confident and wants to go outside and run around. The brace really gives him a lot of support.Ed G., Computer Specialist and DJ, submitted 06/2011
Orthopedic braces from My Pet's Brace allow us to offer our clients a solution for dogs that are elderly, frail or have concurrent medical conditions when surgery is not an option. My Pet's Brace provides us with the opportunity to further incorporate orthotics and prosthetics as a clinical solution in our practice and we look forward to working with Jim and Mark to accomplish this.Dr. Chris M.
